Poets' Asylum --> Stay In Touch The Poets' Asylum

Do you want to keep up to date with the latest in Asylum activities? We have several ways for you to do that.

Facebook

Facebook icon The Poets' Asylum has a Facebook group and we'd love it if you would join us. To do so click here or search for "The Poets' Asylum" in the Facebook search bar. Our crack team of poetry hosts will be posting upcoming events, photos of features and what not to help you stay informed about what's happening at Worcester's longest-running weekly poetry reading.

Mailing List

email icon The Poets' Asylum has a mailing list for those who are interested in keeping up with our activities. This is an information only list and it should receive 1 or 2 messages a week. Messages will include an update on upcoming Asylum events, reviews of features and info on special events/activities.

Subscribe

To subscribe to the list please visit the mailing list registration page.

Enter the email address where you wish to receive Asylum messages and a password. The password will allow you to change the delivery options of your subscription and unsubscribe. Please do not use a valuable password as it will be emailed back to you in cleartext if you forget it.

The fine print... the Poets' Asylum will never sell your e-mail address nor make our mailing list available to other organizations. All messages to the mailing list will come from webmaster@poetsasylum.org.

Archive

An archive of the messages sent to the pa-info mailing since April 2003 is available. Visit the pa-info archives.

Unsubscribe

Every e-mail to this list contains a link to the mailing list home page. Or click here to reach that page. Toward the bottom of that page are instructions for unsubcribing from the list. Note you will be prompted for your password; if you do not remember your password for this list there is a button that will send a reminder to your e-mail address.

If all else fails please send an e-mail to webmaster@poetsasylum.org and we'll do our best to remove your e-mail address from the list.

MySpace

MySpace icon One could say that we are a little late in getting this into the game. As someone said, "So what". For those of you who crave further connectedness the Poets' Asylum has created a MySpace page. The lovely Cyndi Keeley is the lady running the show over there, putting up video, pulling down photos and so on.

Visit myspace.com/poetsasylum and check it out. And friend us, we crave friends!!!

LiveJournal

LiveJournal icon The Poets' Asylum maintains a LiveJournal community where we post updates. The info shared on LiveJournal includes updates on upcoming Asylum events, reviews of features, info on special events/activities, etc. The content is basically the same stuff you'll find on the main page of our site.

To "friend" the Poets' Asylum LiveJournal community please click the LiveJournal image to the right, login to your LiveJournal account and follow the instructions on the page.

Google Calendar

We also maintain a Google Calendar with upcoming features, slam dates and other events being run by or related to the Poets' Asylum.

If you have a Google account simply click the icon to the right to reach the calendar page.

The Social Web

The Poets' Asylum maintains a list of upcoming events on The Social Web. Simply visit the search page and enter Poetry in the Event Topic field. You'll receive a list of area poetry events as well as Poets' Asylum features & slams.

The Social Web is a site created to provide an easy way for people to find out what's happening in their community as well as promote their own events, and to meet other people with similar interests.
